Summary/Responsibilities:
Hedge Fund of Funds seeks Junior Analyst to perform quantitative/qualitative analysis on the funds
Compile/update performance statistics
Prepare/update investment templates on the fund’s hedge fund investments
Assess risk for various portfolios
Prepare charts comparing performance of prospective/existing funds
Preparation of monthly portfolio “color” on the hedge funds in the separately managed accounts
Assist in quarterly write-ups for underlying funds including the gathering of quantitative/qualitative information

Requirements:
4 year degree required
Prior analytical experience for a financial institution (hedge fund/fund of funds/endowment/pension fund/foundation/etc) required
Prior experience writing investment reports/letters to investors required
Statistical analysis experience required
Strong organizational skills and detail-orientation required
Strong communication skills required
Excel and PowerPoint experience required
MBA, CFA or CAIA desirable
Series 7 preferred
Exposure to website design/data entry/updating process desirable
