Brokerage firm offering revolutionary broker-assisted electronic trading platform for the energy options market seeks a forward-thinking voice broker with strong entrepreneurial drive and substantial book of business in the natural gas and/or crude oil asset classes. Firm offers deep experience in the brokerage/technology/financial engineering aspects of energy derivatives trading.

Requirements:
5+ years experience in brokerage or trading of energy options (inclusive of desk-building/broker-training)
Strong managerial/leadership/quantitative skills
Working knowledge of the fundamentals of futures/options
