Summary/Responsibilities:
Consulting firms seeks a Senior/Manager-level Risk Consultant to join their team. Primary responsibilities will be to conduct compliance reviews; assist clients with development of compliance-related policies/procedures; and provide consultation to clients in resolving regulatory enforcement actions/remediating compliance deficiencies.
This position requires greater than 75% out-of-town travel to client work sites.

Requirements:
5+ years compliance experience in bank/consumer lending setting required
2+ years as an examiner with a bank regulatory agency (Federal Reserve/OCC) strongly preferred
Prior Big 4 consulting experience strongly preferred
Extensive knowledge of bank/credit-related regulatory requirements (consumer compliance/Federal Reserve/Fair Lending/Privacy/etc.) required
Knowledge of “best practices” for compliance programs in large-scale banking/consumer lending organizations required
Familiarity with third party software used in compliance programs required
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and train others on regulatory requirements
Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics required
