Summary/Responsibilities:
Check status of settlement issues and make necessary calls for settlements.
Run trade blotter.
Ensure tickets are complete and verify commissions with clearing broker and internal records.
Resolve any trade breaks from previous day.
Reconcile monthly commissions and all bills that have to do with execution of securities.

Requirements:
Candidate should have knowledge and experience in the following areas: Settlements-Rules & Procedures, Syndicate Operations, New Accounts Documentation, SIA 151 Procedures and Reviews, Company Buy Backs and 144 Stock Sales, Wire Transfers.
Series 7 and 63 preferred
