Summary/Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and direction for capital financings, re-financings, restructurings and other fiscal transactions
Develop/build/maintain relationships with fiscal officers and leaders
Provide research, insight and guidance with respect to fiscal operations and capital planning
Build and implement a plan for capital market access, as needed
Communicate with colleagues to facilitate idea-generation and innovative thinking as it relates to providing the optimal financing solutions for clients.
Coordinate/facilitate the interaction of a client’s working group, including consultants and advisors, engineers, architects, and counsel
Training of other Public Finance colleagues to build staff and sustain a strong investment banking team

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in economics, government or a related field of study
5 years of experience in municipal investment banking or relevant experience in a related field
Series 7 required. Series 52 and 63 preferred
Knowledge of financing structures
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and have the ability to quickly learn industry related software
Outstanding interpersonal skills with experience in working alone and with teams
Ability to effectively manage and administer sensitive and confidential information
